TOKYO, July 1st, 2020, intellim Holdings Corporation, a Clinical Research Organization (Head Office: Taito-ku Tokyo; President and CEO; Masakuni Ukita; hereinafter “intellim”) signed an agreement with the Japan International Cooperation Agency, a governmental agency of Japan providing Official Development Assistance (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku Tokyo; hereinafter “JICA”) to manage the following standard of care improvement project - “The Socialist Republic of Vietnam - Project Implementation of Survey on Improving Cancer Treatment Standard of Care for Doctors in Vietnam and Introducing Clinical Trials for New Anticancer Drugs in Vietnam”.
Our objective in this project is to provide educational training to oncologists and clinical trial staff and build a national foundation to implement global clinical trials in the field of oncology area for Vietnam. We will manage this project in close cooperation with the newly established intellim Vietnam Co., Ltd.
We will start preparation and investigation for the collaborative project with major cancer hospitals in Vietnam by utilizing the survey results.
