TOKYO, July 1st, 2020, intellim Holdings Corporation, a Clinical Research Organization (Head Office: Taito-ku Tokyo; President and CEO; Masakuni Ukita; hereinafter “intellim”) has established its 100%-owned subsidiary in Hanoi, Vietnam “intellim Vietnam Co., Ltd” as its 7th overseas office as of June 12, 2020.

1. Background and Objective
